Super Gonad Smasher is a comedy hop-and-bop platform game. You’re set for a vasectomy but now you’ve got to try and stop it by turning into Super Gonad Smasher.
To do so you’ll have to defeat the evil boss Vasecto before he gets to your gonads. Smash him with them as hard as you can when the green arrows show and defeat him and his evil intentions.
Protect your family jewels at all costs and inflict damage with a mega gonad smash by pressing the down arrow.
